The Service Agreement is subject to a separate service agreement or contract between the Customer and Quick Repair Centre. This agreement outlines the scope, timeline, and deliverables of the project.
Intellectual property:
All content and intellectual property on our website, including but not limited to text, and graphics.
Quick Repair Centre solely owns the logo and software. UNAUTHORIZED USE OR ANY ALTERATION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
User Responsibilities:
It is your responsibility to provide complete information about the product problem during the development process, if any damage occurs due to incomplete or incorrect information, it will be your sole responsibility. Quick Repair Centre will not have any liability nor will we be restricted from paying any compensation.
Privacy:
The Customer may not share any information and conversations received while providing services to any third party. If anyone is found doing this, the Quick Repair Centre will have full rights to take legal action against that customer.
Copyright:
Except as otherwise stated, copyright or similar rights in all material presented on the Site, including graphical images and material related to the Services, are owned by Quick Repair Centre.
Data security:

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
The laws of the Indian Territory shall govern this Agreement and Privacy Policy in all respects. Quick Repair Centre accepts and wishes to submit itself to the jurisdiction of the courts. The parties to this Agreement now submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
